Compute Partner Guidelines
I. Rental Instructions
The maximum rental period for machines listed by users = machine owner’s set end time - 10 days.
Within these 10 days, the platform will automatically delist the machine. When users see the machine in the marketplace, they are only allowed to start containers that are stopped, and the platform will remind users to migrate their data.
II. Income Instructions
-
After adding and listing a machine, when users rent it, partners can earn cash income.
For each listed machine, in order to ensure stability, the platform will charge a deposit of 100 RMB. Income is first used to cover the deposit. Any income exceeding the total deposit can be withdrawn.Withdrawable amount = Total cash income up to the previous month - Total deposit - Amount already withdrawn.
Withdrawals can be made once a month, and the platform will transfer the funds to the compute partner’s cash account within 5 working days. When compute partners delist and delete all their machines, the platform will refund the full deposit within 10 days.

Pricing
Compute partners have the right to set their own prices and can configure the price per GPU for each machine.
For each order, after deducting user discounts and vouchers, the platform will charge a fixed percentage as a service fee. The remaining portion will be the compute partner’s income.Compute Partner Income = Actual Payment Amount × (1 - Platform Service Fee Rate).
Actual Payment Amount = Unit Price × GPU Count × Order Duration (hours) × User Discount - Voucher Payment Amount.Note: The portion paid with vouchers is not considered as income for compute partners. Partners can configure whether vouchers are allowed as a payment method for their machines on the My Machines page.
III. Rating Instructions
Compute partner ratings are on a scale of 0–5, with 5 being the maximum.
The initial rating for compute partners is 3.5. When the rating drops to 0, the partner qualification is automatically terminated, and all machines will be taken offline.
Scoring Rules
Daily maximum score increase: 500 points.
Daily maximum score deduction: 3000 points.

IV. Platform Compensation Mechanism
- If a machine experiences a network outage or power outage during user operation, the platform will compensate the user. The compensation amount will be directly deducted from the compute partner’s withdrawable balance. If unavoidable maintenance is required, please contact customer service in advance.
- If more than three unnotified outages (network/power) occur in a single month, the compute partner qualification will be revoked.
V. Machine Delisting Process
- If a machine is currently in use by a user, it cannot be taken offline immediately. Otherwise, the user will be unable to use it, and the partner’s withdrawable balance will be deducted.
- To prevent new users from renting, the machine can be delisted. This way, new users cannot rent the machine, and once existing users finish using it, the machine can undergo maintenance.
- If the compute partner delists and deletes all machines, the compute partner qualification will be automatically canceled after one month.
