Account & Billing FAQs
What happens if my account is in arrears?
If the account is in arrears, you will not be able to use GPUGEEK’s cloud services. We will send an overdue notice and take measures including but not limited to the following to protect the platform’s rights:
- After 7 days, all data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Recover outstanding fees and require the user to pay penalties according to the law.
What is the deduction order?
Voucher balance will be deducted first, followed by the cash recharge balance. Note that when a refund occurs, any remaining voucher balance will not be returned.
Why can’t I get a refund even though my account balance is not zero?
Withdrawable balance is not equal to the displayed account balance.
Withdrawable balance = Total recharge amount - Total usage amount (including vouchers).
If the result is negative, your withdrawable balance is 0.
Also, fees for which invoices have already been issued cannot currently be refunded.
Can vouchers be transferred?
No. Vouchers cannot be transferred or gifted. They can only be used within the receiving account during the validity period.
When are vouchers not supported?
- When the voucher is outside its validity period or already used.
- When offsetting overdue charges.
How do I request an invoice?
You need to follow the online process: go to Billing Center → Invoice Management to apply. Applications are limited to once per month.
